Don Kaylor

Don Kaylor is the 2nd generation owner of Kaylor's Marine Service. He started working on outboard engines when his mom and dad started Kaylor's Marine in 1973. He is a Certified Evinrude technician and has also been to Mercury service school. He is usually here in the spring and summer, but when fall rolls around you can catch him in the fields of Kansas bird hunting with his dog, Katie.

Jennifer Osborn is one of Don's daughters and although she's been around the shop most of her life, she started officially working at Kaylor's Marine in 2000. She became the 3rd generation owner of Kaylor's Marine officially in 2025. She is the President and acting General Manager.

Saundra joined our team in 2020. She is orignally from Pike Co. and moved to the Richmond area in 1998. She enjoys reading and loves to travel. She handles accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and parts & accessories.

Aaron Miller

Service Technician

Aaron has been with us for several years now. He has been trained on Evinrude E-tec engines, Mercury engines, and Mercruiser engines. In his spare time, he loves to fish and hunt.
